I'm Ezra -- a Durham native, former collegiate soccer player at Catawba College, and your dedicated short-term rental partner. I coach youth soccer with NCFC and spent years as a photographer traveling and capturing not just moments, but experiences through my lens. That's exactly what I bring to your home -- I don't just manage a property, I create an experience for every guest who walks through your door. I built my foundation managing operations for one of the Triangle's top STR companies. Now I'm doing it my way -- personal, bespoke, and built on real relationships.
